Founders Lucy Carr-Ellison and Jemima Jones of Tart London were due to open their first restaurant, Wild by Tart in Belgravia, London. Growing from their success of their catering business, they planned to open a 100 seat restaurant, alongside a retail outlet, photography studio, deli and events space.

Salt was asked to project manage the operations of the build, recruit key positions, prepare for set up and launch.
