Chef Margot Henderson OBE, was due to open her first pub with lodgings, The Three Horseshoes in Somerset.

Welcoming locals, diners and newcomers, menus would be short and celebrate the freshest local produce.

Salt was asked to help project manage the Operational Critical Path and provide Pre Launch Training Workshops for both the front and back of house teams.
