Thyme is a boutique country hotel, nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds, offering rooms, restaurant, bar, cookery school, spa, fram and kitchen garden. Having recruited a new team, Salt was asked to consult on training the team and build efficient and effective daily operations and procedures.

Sofia worked with us at Thyme to initiate a new programme of training with a new and green team. When we reopened our restaurant doors after various lockdowns, we were so busy! Our team needed to be ready to hit the floor running. We set our aims high and Sofia helped our team deliver. Working closely and meticulously with our staff and adapting to our personal style and needs, she enabled our team to be their best – not only during her time on site, but on an ongoing basis with training foundations and manuals firmly in place A rewarding experience for all.
