BRIEF
Founded in 2019, Farro began as an independent bakery, producing wholesale and for markets in Bristol. Since opening, it has built up a loyal following, national accolades and strong finances. Having focused on developing the bakery offering, the owner, Bradley Tapp, was keen to invest in setting operational and HR foundations, to allow the business to grow. Company culture and how to deliver were also key objectives.

We reached out to Salt, as a growing business that badly needed to implement some structure, especially around our HR, onboarding processes and business culture. Collectively we had little managerial experience and wanted someone to come in, point out our blind spots and outline the areas that we could improve upon.
Sofia with her many years of hospitality and managerial experience was exactly what we were looking for. She got stuck straight in and got to the core of what we were doing at Farro, looking at the business from all angles to find our weak spots. Whilst it was definitely a humbling experience, baring all and putting our little operation up for critical feed back, Sofia was always really positive and had some great creative solutions for building a culture of learning and growth.
A true hospitality professional, she is super approachable, great with the team and we all would agree, that Farro is a more organised and a much better place to work after working with Sofia.
